Lucknow, Jan. 21 -- A 19-year-old nursing student was found hanging in her rented room under the BKT police station area of Lucknow on Wednesday. The incident took place in the Bargadi ward. The deceased has been identified as Priyanshi Verma, a resident of Lakhimpur, who was pursuing nursing studies at Maa Chandrika Institute.
Priyanshi was living in a rented house along with her elder sister, who works in a private company. At the time of the incident, her sister was away on duty. When she returned, the room was found locked from the inside. Despite repeated calls, there was no response.
