New Delhi, May 8 -- Now equipped with modern facilities, the revamped post office at Delhi's Nehru Place was inaugurated on Thursday by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and union Minister of Communication Jyotiraditya Scindia.

Notably, the new revamped post office is now set to offer citizens faster, simpler, and more modern public services.

The minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the India Post has transformed itself through technology to meet the needs of a new era, and the evolving technology in the communication domain.
