Patna, Jan. 25 -- RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav asserted on Sunday his party is not deterred by defeat in recent Bihar assembly elections and will continue to oppose RSS brand of politics without making any compromise with its principles.

Yadav in his maiden speech after being elected as the RJD national working president at the party's National Executive meet, said that there was no question of making any compromise with principles in opposing RSS brand of politics in the country. It was true that his party had faced defeat in the recent Bihar Assembly elections but there was no trace of any demoralisation or humiliation as the number of votes polled by RJD was 1.90 crores, he pointed out.
