Chennai, Jan. 25 -- Asserting that there was no room for Hindi in Tamil Nadu ever, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMKPresident M K Stalin on Sunday assured that no more lives would be lost in the state, which loved its language with its life,over language struggle.

In a social media pot, after paying rich tributes to language war martyrs, who had sacrificed their lives opposing imposition ofHindi in the state and to protect Tamil, Mr Stalin declared there was no space for Hindi, then, now or ever.

"There was no space for Hindi in the past, nor is there now or ever", he said, marking the occasion of Language Martyrs Day.
