Hyderabad, March 25 -- union Minister of State for Home, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, called upon people on Wednesday not to believe rumours on social media about an alleged shortage of petrol and diesel in Telangana, assuring that adequate stocks are available and supply remains uninterrupted.
In a statement he said the Telangana Petroleum Dealers Association has already clarified that public sector oil companies, including Indian Oil, HPCL, and BPCL, have sufficient reserves of fuel. He stressed that the Central Government is monitoring oil stocks to ensure there is no disruption in supply.
