New Delhi, Feb. 14 -- Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday assured farmers, fishermen and those into livestock will not at all be harmed by the recent trade deals with the European union and the US, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ensured "hundred per cent protection for them".
Speaking at an event in Puducherry on Saturday, Shah in response to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's remarks in connection with farmers and the recent trade deals, said that the the oppoition must carefully examine the intricacies of the trade deal and FTA, adding that PM Modi has ensured that it will not cause any harm to the country's farmers.
Shah said, "PM Modi's FTA with the European union and England, and the trade deal with America, will benefit our country...
