Pyongyang, April 17 -- North Korea will respond to Washington's provocative deployment of strategic bombers over the Korean Peninsula by raising the "level of danger" to the United States, the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Thursday, citing the North Korean Defense Ministry.
On Tuesday, the Yonhap news agency reported, citing the South Korean Defense Ministry, that Washington and Seoul conducted a joint air force exercise over the Korean Peninsula, involving a US B-1B strategic bomber and F-35A and F-16 fighter jets from both countries.
