Madhubani, Jan. 27 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced on Tuesday that a new education city would be established in the state to further strengthen the sector and create advanced academic infrastructure.

Addressing a Jan Samvad programme in Jhanjharpur block of Madhubani district, Kumar said that the government is committed to promoting education and ensuring comprehensive development across all regions. He said that extensive development works have already been completed in Madhubani district, including the establishment of engineering colleges, polytechnic institutes, women's ITIs and ITIs in all sub-divisions.
