Patna, March 6 -- A day after Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar filed his nomination papers for Rajya Sabha elections, JD(U) on Friday declared that his son Nishant Kumar would accept membership of the party tomorrow, beginning his political career.
A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of party MLAs, MLCs, MPs and Ministers from JD(U) quota, held at the official residence of Chief Minister Kumar.
All leaders attending the meeting expressed their frustration and pain over decision of Kumar to go to Rajya Sabha.
