New Delhi, March 26 -- The National Housing Bank (NHB) has launched the 'Gruh Sugam Portal' to promote cost effectiveness in the housing finance system, an official statement said here on Thursday.
The portal allows Defence/Government personnel to avail home loans with ease from the location of their posting. This is a groundbreaking initiative to streamline the home loan process, enhance transparency, and foster affordability.
With the help of the 'Gruh Sugam Portal', defence personnel, members of paramilitary forces, and government employees (both state and central) can apply for housing loans digitally through their respective administrative units.
