Bilaspur(HP), Feb. 4 -- The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is playing a vital role in the development of Himachal Pradesh, as well as the rest of the country. NHAI has constructed several important national highways in Himachal Pradesh.
These include the Parwanoo-Shimla and Kiratpur-Manali highways, and work is also progressing on two other highways: Shimla-Matour and Pathankot-Mandi.
Road construction in mountainous regions presents significant challenges, but NHAI has overcome these challenges to provide better road connectivity to the people of the state.
