Shimla, Jan. 11 -- Himachal Pradesh government has constituted a multidisciplinary expert group for the appraisal of the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report related to the acquisition of land for the proposed Greenfield Airport at Nagchala in Mandi district.
According to a notification issued by the state government, the expert group has been constituted under Section 7(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
The panel would examine and evaluate the SIA report prepared for the acquisition of land required for the development of the airport project.
