Chennai, Nov. 21 -- Even as the yesterday's Low Pressure (LP) Area over the Bayhas become less marked, a new LP Area will form over the Bay tomorrow which wouldconcentrate into a Depression and would intensify further, promising heavy rains in theCauvery delta and south coastal districts of Tamil Nadu for the next three days, followingwhich a Yellow alert was issued.
While 11 districts would receive heavy rains tomorrow, 13 districts would witness intenseand heavy rainfall activity on November 23.
The Met office has forecast heavy showers in nine districts on November 24 and has issuedan yellow alert for all these districts for the next three days.
