New Delhi, Dec. 9 -- In a move to boost Delhi's public transport infrastructure, Cabinet Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh on Tuesday announced that a new 12-storey Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) headquarters will be built at I.P. Bus Depot in ITO that would house over 200 buses and an equal number of cars.
The announcement came during the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between DTC and the Delhi State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) on Tuesday for the development and construction of a new DTC headquarters.
