Shimla, Feb. 17 -- The ongoing Budget Session of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly was hit by technical disruptions on Tuesday following the integration of its e-Vidhan software with the National e-Vidhan Application (NEVA), a unified digital platform introduced for Parliament and state legislatures.
Before the commencement of Zero hour, Leader of the Opposition Jai Ram Thakur raised the issue, alleging that questions submitted by Opposition members were not being taken up during proceedings.
