New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- Bas de Leede starred as the Netherlands secured a commanding seven-wicket win over Namibia in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup at Arun Jaitley Stadium, New Delhi, on Tuesday.

Tasked with chasing 157, the Dutch side overcame early hiccups to reach 159 for three in just 18 overs, with de Leede anchoring the innings with an unbeaten 72 off 48 balls, including five fours and four sixes.

The Netherlands got off to a shaky start when Max O'Dowd was dismissed for seven in the third over. De Leede then steadied the innings alongside Michael Levit, with the pair adding 30 runs for the second wicket before Bernard Scholtz removed Levit for a brisk 28 off 15 balls, which included three sixes and a four.
