Bhubaneswar, Jan. 31 -- Raising serious concern over the deteriorating condition of urban parks across Odisha, Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mohapatra on Friday issued a stern warning to officials and agencies responsible for their upkeep.
Emphasising accountability and public responsibility, the Minister made it clear that negligence and substandard maintenance would invite strict disciplinary action.
The Minister expressed displeasure over visible neglect, poor maintenance and crumbling infrastructure in several urban parks across the state.
