New Delhi, March 11 -- New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will organise two evenings of classical music concerts under its "Music in the Park" series at Nehru Park on March 14 and 15. The event is being held in collaboration with SPIC MACAY and SRF Foundation.
The programme will feature performances by noted classical musicians including Sanjay Subrahmanyan, N Rajam, Rakesh Chaurasia and Ulhas Kashalkar. Entry to the event will be free for all, with access to the venue from Niti Marg.
On March 14, the opening evening will feature Carnatic vocalist Sanjay Subrahmanyan accompanied by S Varadarajan on violin and Neyveli Venkatesh on mridangam.
This will be followed by a Hindustani violin recital by Dr N Rajam, accompanied by Ragini Shankar ...
