Srinagar, Sept. 6 -- Legislators of the ruling National Conference today demanded an unconditional apology from J and K Waqf Board Vice Chairperson Darkhshan Andrabi and sought her immediate dismissal over the alleged misuse of the national emblem at Hazratbal shrine.

The party legislators also decided to write to the J and K Assembly Speaker seeking constitution of a House Committee to investigate alleged irregularities in the Waqf Board since 2019.
