New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- The Indian Navy will hold the fifth edition of Goa Maritime Conclave (GMC-26) at Naval War College in the state on February 21, an initiative of the country's maritime force that has evolved into a platform that harnesses collective wisdom and operational experience of maritime security practitioners from the Indian Ocean Region (IOR).
The maritime domain in the IOR faces a wide range of traditional and non-traditional challenges, with significant implications for regional security and livelihoods.
