Bhubaneswar, Feb. 6 -- Former Odisha Chief Minister and Opposition Leader Naveen Patnaik on Friday expressed deep concern over a series of bomb threats targeting district courts in Cuttack, Puri, Phulbani, and Jajpur. He called on the state government to treat the matter with utmost seriousness and ensure the safety of judicial institutions.
Taking to his social media platform X, Patnaik said, "I am deeply worried learning about the bomb threats to the district courts in the state."He noted that similar threats had been reported in recent days at Sambalpur, Cuttack, and Deogarh courts, yet the authorities have so far been unable to trace the source of the threatening emails or identify those responsible.
