Durgapur, Dec. 11 -- Tamil Nadu's P. V. Nandhidhaa maintained her lead with 8.5 points as crushed past easily against her rival at the end of 9th round in the 51st National Women's Chess Championship being held here Sidhu Kanhu Stadium here on Thursday.
At the end of the day favourites Nandhidaa from Tamil Nadu maintained her lead with 8.5 points against upcoming Arshiya Das of Tripura in 60 moves.
