Shimla, Jan. 29 -- National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) State Credit Seminar for 2026-27 for Himachal Pradesh was held today to deliberate on the State Focus Paper and the projected credit roadmap for the coming financial year.

The seminar unveiled an estimated credit potential of Rs 45,809.93 crore for the state, reflecting an 8.44 percent increase over the previous year.

The event was inaugurated by Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Sanjay Gupta and attended by senior officials from NABARD, the Reserve Bank of India, the state government, and the banking sector.
