Hyderabad, Feb. 13 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud on Friday said the resounding victory of the Congress party in the municipal elections reflected the people's strong endorsement of the 'Praja Palana' (People's Governance) government in the state.
In a statement, he said the Congress secured a decisive mandate across Telangana by winning in over 90 municipalities, four municipal corporations, more than 1,300 wards and over 154 divisions.
Through this overwhelming verdict, the people had clearly reaffirmed their faith in the Congress party and its governance, he added.
