Nahan, Sept. 9 -- No relief has been granted by the higher court against the decision given by the court of SDM Nahan Rajiv Sankhyan on August 26 in the case of Monisha Agarwal vs Sachin Bindra and other residents of Sundar Bagh Colony.

Thus, the decision of the SDM court will remain intact. On the other hand, after not getting any relief from the ADJ court, the Municipal Council has today once again issued a notice to the owner of a house in Sundar Bagh to remove more than the prescribed number of dogs.

The SDM court in its decision had issued orders to the Municipal Council to construct dog shelters within 3 months to shift the stray dogs roaming on the streets of the city.
