Mumbai, Feb. 17 -- A 65-year-old doctor allegedly jumped to his death from the 25th floor of his residence in the Nagpada area of South Mumbai, police said on Monday.

An accidental death report (ADR) has been registered, the police said.

According to details, the body of Dr Farook Zaveri, an MBBS doctor, was found in the garden area of the housing society on Sunday. He had apparently committed by jumping from the 25th floor of the high rise building in the Nagpada area.

Dr Zaveri was running a dispensary in the Dongri area but had stopped going to his clinic six months ago. He was under depression, sources close to the family said.
