Mumbai, Feb. 19 -- The Mumbai Sessions Court has granted anticipatory bail to Mariam Mehbub Kudiya and Hussain Mehbub Kudiya in connection with a cheating and forgery case registered at Pydhonie Police Station. The order was passed after the court heard their applications for pre-arrest bail on Wednesday. However, the principal accused in the case, builder Yusuf Ibrahim Supariwala alias Baba Supariwala, continues to remain absconding. The development was confirmed by the complainant's advocate, Sunil Pandey, on Thursday.
