Islamabad, Jan. 20 -- Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Dr Farooq Sattar on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the ruling Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Sindh government, over its two decades of alleged "inaction, apathy and corruption" which he said, was responsible for the deadly Gul Plaza fire in Karachi.
The blaze, which broke out late Saturday night at Gul Plaza, has so far claimed at least 23 lives, with dozens of people still missing, turning the incident into one of the city's deadliest recent tragedies.
