Bhopal, April 2 -- Ruling BJP MLA in Madhya Pradesh, Sanjay Pathak, has invited trouble for himself by calling up a sitting judge hearing a case against him, as the Madhya Pradesh High Court today directed registration of a criminal contempt case against Pathak for the same.
The division bench of Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice Vinay Saraf passed the decision while hearing a writ petition in the matter, rejecting Pathak's objections.
The petition was lodged by Ashutosh Dixit, a resident of Katni, which is the district of Pathak's Assembly constituency Vijayraghavgarh.
According to Dixit's advocate Arvind Shrivastava, Dixit had pointed out in the petition that a case related to mines linked to Pathak's family was listed in Just...
