Hamirpur, Jan. 14 -- In order to strengthen academic research, history, and cultural studies, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Thakur Ram Singh Historical Research Institute, Neri, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, and the Department of History, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand (Gujarat), during a dignified ceremony at the Vice-Chancellor's office at the university.
