Chennai, Feb. 1 -- Dr V Mohan, Chairman of Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Specialities Centre and Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MDRF) on Sunday welcomedthe move to reduce prices of diabetes and cancer drugs in the union Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
