Chandigarh, Feb. 15 -- The Moga Police on Sunday neutralized and apprehended two armed suspects allegedly involved in a recent firing incident targeting migrant laborers. The operation, which escalated into a brief shootout, resulted in one of the accused sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg. The injured individual was immediately shifted to a local hospital, where he is currently undergoing medical treatment under heavy police guard.
The case dates back to February 10, when three bike-borne assailants opened indiscriminate fire on a group of migrant workers on Zira Road.
