Kolkata, Feb. 23 -- In a unique strategy ahead of the Assembly polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has written an open letter to the people of West Bengal, alleging that the state was "sinking into the darkness of anarchy" and urging the masses to join what he described as a decisive development journey for the state.
Issued in both Bengali and Hindi, the letter outlines the Prime Minister's appeal to the electorate and presents the BJP's development vision for West Bengal.
