New Delhi, March 30 -- The Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Rob Jetten, said he held a telephonic conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, noting that the two countries are steadily developing a strategic partnership encompassing defence, water management, innovation and trade.
He said, "Prime Minister Modi of India and I discussed this in an introductory phone conversation today.
