Guwahati, Jan. 20 -- Simmering tension continued in Kokrajhar district of Assam's Bodoland following a clash between the police and an irate mob even as mobile internet services have been suspended in Kokrajhar and Chirang districts and prohibitory orders imposed in Kokrajhar under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
