Indora, Feb. 15 -- The three-day district-level Maha Shivratri festival commenced on Saturday with a grand Kalash Yatra and traditional rituals at the historic Kathgarh Shiv Temple.

MLA Malender Rajan attended the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest.

The event was organised by the Ancient Historical Shiv Temple Sudhar Sabha, Kathgarh. The Sabha president welcomed the MLA and other dignitaries by presenting traditional turbans and Himachali caps and highlighted the temple's history and the legacy of the festival.
