Aizawl, April 1 -- The Mizoram Raj Bhavan on Monday hosted the foundation day of Bihar, Rajasthan, and Odisha under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative, promoting cultural unity and national integration.
Mizoram Governor General (Dr) VK Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd), welcomed attendees and stressed the importance of engaging with diverse cultures to build a more connected India. He paid tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel for unifying the country's princely states and highlighted the Northeast's rich heritage.
