Aizawl, Jan. 31 -- Mizoram Labour, Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (LESDE) Minister, Lalnghinglova Hmar, has called for policy flexibility, stating that smaller states like Mizoram face unique challenges in advocating for their workforce.
Hmar made the remarks during a national conference of Labour Ministers, Secretaries, and officials from various states and Union Territories held in New Delhi, on January 29 and 30. He also presided over the concluding session on January 29.
