Hyderabad, Aug. 20 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao today alleged that mismanagement by the Congress government in the state has led to an artificial shortage of urea, creating panic among farmers.

Addressing a press conference at the party's state office here, Rao accused Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy's government of spreading false information that the Centre had failed to supply sufficient urea to Telangana. He said the state government was deliberately misleading farmers and blaming the Modi government for political mileage.
