Chandigarh, Feb. 17 -- In a heart-wrenching incident reported from Sadhanpur village near Samana (Patiala), a minor girl lost her life after consuming raw peas directly from a field.
The victim, identified as Prachi, was helping her father, Jaswant Singh, harvest peas when the tragedy occurred. According to reports, the young girl consumed the peas along with their pods, following which her health deteriorated rapidly, characterised by severe bouts of vomiting.
