Hyderabad, Feb. 17 -- Telangana Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Capt N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday participated in the Peddagattu Jatara at Durajpally in Suryapet district, offering prayers at the Lingamanthula Swamy temple and reviewing festival arrangements.

He assured devotees of well-organized facilities for the smooth conduct of the grand event.

The Peddagattu Jatara, Telangana's second-largest religious congregation after Medaram Jatara, holds great spiritual significance, particularly for the Yadava community. This year's five-day festival, which began on February 16, will conclude on February 20.
