Agartala, Feb. 19 -- Tripura Social Welfare Minister Tinku Roy on Thursday stressed the importance of the upgraded SHe-Box (Sexual Harassment Electronic Box) portal in ensuring a safe and discrimination-free working environment for women.
The SHe-Box platform, developed by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, serves as a centralized digital platform for registering complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act (POSH Act, 2013).
The recently upgraded portal now features a more user-friendly interface and enhanced monitoring mechanisms, enabling authorities to track complaints from both organised and unorganised sectors more effectively.
