Ranchi, Feb. 9 -- Weather conditions across Jharkhand remained dry during the past 24 hours, with no significant change recorded in maximum and minimum temperatures in most parts of the state.
According to the Meteorological Department, westerly to north-westerly winds are prevailing at the tropospheric level.
Weather scientists said that a western disturbance may affect the western Himalayan region from February 9, but it is unlikely to have any noticeable impact on Jharkhand's weather at present.
