Imphal, March 14 -- Manipur Police and security forces have nabbed a militant and three drug smugglers in three separate incidents.
Security forces arrested an active cadre of a militant outfit, along with a mobile phone, from Thangal Bazar, identified as Hemba, on Friday.
Manipur Police arrested two drug smugglers from the Yairipok Yambem area under Andro Police Station in Imphal East district on March 12, police added. The two were identified as Md. Najimuddin and Md. Jabir. From their possession, 1.04 kg of brown sugar, two mobile phones along with SIM cards, and a two-wheeler were seized.
