New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday fixed the uniform retirement age for all Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) personnel at the age of 60 after the judgment of the of the Delhi High Court.
In a notification issued on August 19, the Home Ministry directs all CAPF to comply the Delhi High Court decision and to amend the provisions of Rules as applicable and the date of 'effect would be August 19.
