Hyderabad, May 5 -- Telangana Fisheries Chairman Mettu Sai on Tuesday strongly defended Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and criticised BJP leaders for what he termed as "derogatory remarks" against him.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, Mettu Sai described Revanth Reddy as a "game-changer, a warrior, and a soldier," asserting that the Chief Minister's leadership had brought significant political momentum to the state.

He claimed that candidates had secured resounding victories in areas where Revanth Reddy had campaigned.

He further stated that southern states were looking towards Revanth Reddy's leadership, while alleging a lack of unity within the BJP.
