Chennai, Jan. 14 -- The Met office on Wednesday evening cautioned of highly likelihoodof fog farmation over Chennai airport and surrounding areas due to low solar heating and highmoisture levels resulting in poor visibility during the night and early morning hours for the nextthree days till January 17 thereby affecting road traffic, flight operations and rail services.
As it will leads to poor visibility and motorists were advised to exercise utmost caution whileriding on the roads.
In an update, the Met office said there is a high likelihood of fog formation over Chennai Airportand surrounding areas due to low solar heating during the night and early morning hours.
