Shimla, Feb. 8 -- The day temperatures improvised after three days of sunny and dry weather in the state, while night temperatures remained two to three degrees above normal today with dry weather prevailing in most parts of the state.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there was no significant change in minimum temperatures, while maximum temperatures at several stations continued to stay appreciably higher than the seasonal average.
The highest maximum temperature was recorded at Una and Paonta Sahib at 25 degree Celsius, indicating relatively warmer conditions in the low hills and plains.
