Srinagar, Dec. 23 -- People's Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday expressed concern over reports from Bangladesh alleging that Hindu women fear moving freely while wearing sindoor, calling the situation deeply disturbing.
In a post on X, Mehbooba said while the issue deserved serious attention, the Indian leadership appeared to face a moral dilemma in raising the matter with Bangladeshi authorities.
