Shillong, Jan. 8 -- Meghalaya police have submitted a report to Justice (retired) Brojendra Prasad Katakey, appointed by the Meghalaya High Court to handle coal-related issues, over the death of two persons, allegedly in an explosion in East Jaintia Hills district.

"We have submitted the report to Justice Katakey. We have also registered a case over the incident," said Vikash Kumar, the district police chief of East Jaintia Hills, to UNI over the phone.
